We pride ourselves on great customer service, particularly getting your renewed device to you as quickly as possible.
We send all our equipment via, TNT or Fastway (ARAMAX) to all metro and major regional areas. For some rural zones we may use Australia Post Parcel services
When you order your device, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the status of your delivery.
Our cut-off time for all orders is generally 1pm, so please make sure you order before then if you do want to receive your delivery as soon as possible.
Our customer service team will be happy to support you if you have any issues with your delivery.
(4) PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY
In the event that a product which you ordered is damaged during delivery:
(a) Please contact us as soon as possible.
(b) Any damaged product must be returned in the condition it was in when you received it, together with any packaging and other items which you received with the damaged product.
(c) We will organise to repair the damaged product or to collect it and replace it with an equivalent product, or to provide a refund, provided that you contact us within the following time from the date you received the product.
